Start Application!Tammy Banks and Faye Fox are the co-founders of Taye Training & Consultancy, a learning and development company delivering specialist training and consultancy to front-line services across the UK. Formed in 2017, Taye Training was born out of Tammy and Faye’s shared passion for creating transformational learning experiences.
Tammy realised the power of impactful training during her role at a national children’s charity, where she witnessed first-hand how tailored and engaging training on complex topics like safeguarding could inspire real change. Faye, meanwhile, understood the challenges of sourcing high-quality external training in her role as a Learning and Development Manager. Spotting a gap in the market, Tammy and Faye combined their expertise to launch Taye Training, focusing initially on delivering bespoke safeguarding training to charities and social care organisations.
One of Taye Training’s biggest achievements to date has been developing the Training 4 Influence methodology which led to Tammy writing a book, ‘Transform Your Training’, which shares the T4I methodology for delivering exceptional training. The book has allowed Tammy and Faye to spread their message far and wide, enabling facilitators across all sectors to transform their training. Looking ahead, Taye Training plans to launch National Facilitator Awards in 2023 to celebrate facilitators who are making a real difference through their training.
