The Great British Entrepreneur Awards, now in its 12th year, was established to celebrate and honour the exceptional stories of entrepreneurs who create and grow outstanding British businesses. Over the years, these awards have recognised numerous entrepreneurs who have gone on to become household names, including the founders of Grenade, Tangle Teezer, and Clearscore, among others.
Jamie follows in their footsteps and the judges praised his entrepreneurial spirit and success to date saying that Jamie and Interex are a seriously impressive example of scale-up success driven by an ambitious and hungry entrepreneur, who has demonstrated strategic well-thought out global expansion, best-in-class culture and aggressive sales growth.
At just 22 years old, Jamie Fraser founded InterEx Group in 2016 with a vision to provide opportunity and mentorship to young professionals looking to launch their careers. Now, less than three years later, InterEx Group has offices in London, New York City and Miami, and has gained recognition as an innovative leader in cloud technology solutions.
Jamie was inspired to start InterEx Group after witnessing many of his talented young peers struggle to find work that matched their skills and potential. He aimed to give them a chance to prove themselves in a meritocratic environment. “If you are good enough, you are old enough,” says Jamie.
Under Jamie’s leadership, InterEx Group has achieved exceptional success in a short time. Their biggest achievements to date have been launching two U.S. offices, in New York City and Miami, which have been incredibly successful. Looking to the future, Jamie’s goal is for InterEx Group to become the number one destination for young professionals in the U.K. and U.S.
