Shan Hanif is the Founder and CEO of Genflow, a brand creation and management service for social media influencers, creators and YouTubers. Genflow seeks to elevate influencers to their full potential as entrepreneurs, giving them the freedom, creativity and authenticity to turn their personal passion into profitable Direct to Consumer (D2C) brands.

Since their launch in 2016 Shan has grown the company to over 60 people, with over 50 clients on their books and offices in London and L.A. Genflow recently secured $11m in investor funding which it will use to further scale its offering and for more international expansion. Recognised in 2020 as one of the UK’s Great British Entrepreneurs, Shan offers free advice and mentorship through his personal Instagram and Genflow YouTube channels alongside a newly created podcast ‘Life of an Entrepreneur’.
