Chris leads the Small and Medium Business unit in BT Business which supports the UK’s network of small and medium businesses with fixed and mobile telephony, connectivity, cloud, and security products. Chris took the helm of the SMB unit in April 2024 as part of integrating the SoHo and SME divisions, which formed part of the wider Enterprise and Global integration announced in December 2023.

Previously, Chris led the Small and Medium Enterprise unit and prior to that set-up the single office, home office (SoHo) division in Enterprise, whilst also leading our Marketing activities for the whole Enterprise division – from demand generation to brand consideration and awareness.    GBEA

Chris’ career has spanned the mobile industry and the globe over the years working with well-known, household brands such as EE and Orange. A lead sponsor of mental health and early careers, Chris coaches and supports colleagues across the business.
