The platform vets and verifies companies’ flexible working benefits, creating transparency for the 200 million people globally looking for flexible roles. Flexa currently works with almost 200 companies, from huge corporations like Mars and Virgin Media O2, to exciting startups like Depop and Elvie. With over 1 million users across 100 countries, Flexa is on track to become the biggest employer brand platform in the world.
Flexa’s meteoric rise comes down to the determination and vision of its founders. For Molly, Flexa is personal. Her experience of being fired for asking to work from home due to illness highlighted the need for change. Together, Molly, Maurice and Tim set out to build a platform where jobseekers can find companies that enable them to thrive.
With flexible working an increasing priority for people globally, Flexa’s mission is more important than ever. Their goal is for Flexa to become the first place people turn to discover companies’ working environments. Ultimately, Flexa aims to empower every worker seeking a role that fits around their life.
