Danielle’s travels to Mexico inspired her to start the business after noticing a gap in the market for authentic Mexican street food. She joined forces with Beaumont, a talented chef with experience in the food and drink industry. Together, their passion for flavourful food and an entrepreneurial spirit has fueled the success of Mexi Bean Express.
The brand has achieved several milestones, including winning Trip Advisor’s Traveller’s Choice award in 2022 and being named one of the top three Mexican restaurants in Huddersfield. The duo has plans to continue expanding with new locations across the UK and hopes to franchise Mexi Bean Express internationally.
Danielle and Craig have proven themselves as innovative restauranteurs and leaders. Their hard work and perseverance in building Mexi Bean Express from the ground up is a true inspiration. As finalists in the 2023 Great British Entrepreneur Awards, known as “The Grammys of Entrepreneurship,” they are well on their way to even greater success.
