She developed recipes using honest ingredients with no hidden nasties, and launched Anastasia’s Pantry in 2020 to share her creations with others seeking healthier food options.
In just two short years, Anastasia and her company have achieved tremendous success. Anastasia’s Pantry has won multiple accolades, including being shortlisted for the Great British Entrepreneur Award, named in the top 30 under 30 by Natural Products News and Tech Round Up, and awarded the Vegan Choice Award. However, for Anastasia, the most fulfilling part of her work is encouraging others to eat healthy and seeing the smiles on customers’ faces.
Looking to the future, Anastasia plans to continue expanding Anastasia’s Pantry’s list of stockists across the UK, releasing new flavours, and improving the business to benefit both customers and the planet.
