Magdalena’s biggest achievements have been overcoming self-limitations and embracing personal development. By pushing beyond her comfort zone, she gained confidence to pursue her dreams of entrepreneurship. These formative experiences shaped Magdalena into a resilient leader determined to accomplish ambitious goals. She aspires to significantly expand SQR Group, employing 150 professionals and establishing global offices to reach new markets. Diversifying revenue and becoming a specialist in her field are key priorities for Magdalena.
